European wide prevention campaign on Missing Children’s Day to keep children safe

Short animated videos developed by missing persons police experts from all over Europe teach parents how to keep their children safe. The campaign is launched by AMBER Alert Europe on May 25th, International Missing Children’s Day. Germany, Poland, Slovak Republic, Czech Republic, The Netherlands, Romania, Italy, Serbia, Portugal and the UK are among the first countries to run the campaign.

The videos are the latest addition to AMBER Alert Europe’s Missing Children Training Centre. In this centre, law enforcement experts in the field of missing children share their knowledge and expertise with law enforcement professionals, parents and children.

The main goal of AMBER Alert Europe’s international campaign is to share good practices from experts from all over the world. To keep children safe, it is important that as many people as possible are aware of what to do when their child goes missing.
