In October, November and December, AMBER Alert Europe shared information about 7 missing children, for which a national AMBER Alert was issued, with the public. Six of these children were safely recovered. In the Netherlands, an AMBER Alert successfully ended a days-long search for a 15-year-old boy.

The 15-year-old boy, who was deaf, autistic and in urgent need of medical care, went missing during extreme weather conditions. Thanks to the massive response from the public after the issuance of the AMBER Alert, the boy was successfully recovered and reunited with his family.

In November, the British police decided to issue an AMBER Alert for a 3-year-old girl that had been missing since May. The toddler is believed to be abducted by her mother and has not yet been found.
