Malta (2017), Luxembourg (2016) and the Slovak Republic (2015) have a national AMBER Alert in place developed by AMBER Alert Europe.
In 2008, a national AMBER Alert was set up for the Netherlands. On 23 November 2021, AMBER Alert Netherlands was fully transferred to the Dutch National Police. AMBER Alerts are now exclusively issued by the Dutch National Police in cooperation with Burgernet.

We advocate the use of risk triage in missing children cases.
