The Greek AMBER Alert, that was issued on Sunday, February 25th 2018, for a 17-year-old boy has been cancelled.  The boy was found deceased.

The teenager went missing on February 21st from Thessaloniki, Greece. There were serious health concerns. On March 2nd, he was found deceased in the garden of a local hospital.

AMBER ALERT HELLAS is the National Coordination Program, which promptly and validly notifies the public on the disappearance/abduction of minors. It is activated by the organization “The Smile of the Child” by approval of the Hellenic Police. When an AMBER Alert is issued in Greece, the Greek Police inform the public via posters, SMS, social media, radio, TV and highway signs.
